National Business Association’s Privacy Policy
The National Business Association (NBA) understands that protecting your personal information is important to you. Given that level of importance, we have established this Privacy Policy, so you know what information we collect and how we use it. As a visitor to the National Business Association website (www.nationalbusiness.org/), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Personal information is collected by the National Business Association only when you register for a product, service, ongoing communication or register as a member of the National Business Association. The National Business Association may disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties to facilitate a transaction or in communication with a third party that you have initiated. These third parties include selected National Business Association member benefit providers from whom you have requested products or services. We may provide data to the providers of professional products or services to the company; and/or to our agents or advisors such as accountants and attorneys, only to the degree necessary for them to provide services to you or us. Collection of data from children
This website is not intended for use by children under age 13. The National Business Association will not knowingly collect or post information for or about children under age 13. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from anyone 13 or younger we will delete the information as soon as possible.

Visitors may opt-out of having their personal information used by the National Business Association by emailing nba@nationalbusiness.org. When we email promotional communications to a user, the user may opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.
